I have couple of videos of you in my iPad taken during your play school time. Most of them, you're indulging yourself on a book. Could it be possibly hereditary? Hah, I wish. If there's anything from me that I would have love to pass onto you it's my massive love for reading. I wish that now you're reading this yourself, you find joy in pages too.
I would love to share you to several books I continue to find myself reading over and over again regardless of how much tragic they are. Promise me you'll try them some time.
- Mud Vein by Tarryn Fisher. I could never be a fan of happy endings because it seems far off from reality and I hate books like that. I want everything to be as real as it can get. You can ask papa on how many times I've vented about how wonderful this book is. It literally shook my world apart. On bad days, I always try to read a chapter or two. Isaac Asterholder is still the best book boyfriend in the world for me.
- The Boy Who Was Raised As A Dog by Dr. Bruce Perry. I've read ton of Psychology books as I've a hundred and fifty units of Psychology but this is by far the best one I've stumbled upon. It is the very core of my beliefs. Of how much different we thought of everything. If you find the time to read it, please please do. It's far more interesting than you think it is.
- David and Goliath by Malcolm Gladwell. I swear to this book that it taught me more than anything combined. It taught me the power of practice, the greatness of underdogs and how transforming a parents' love is. I adore this book. I've tried other Gladwell books but nothing gets me as so but try them, who knows.
Papa and daddy buy you books. It's cute because they're the very same people who spoil me with my reading. You especially love animal cartoon books, more so when we try to read it in different animal voices. I hope that you sustain this and in a few more years you read something more knowledgeable that will teach you something you couldn't learn elsewhere.
I love you so much, my little bookworm. We will invade book stores one day and I will buy all the books you could ever want. We will read them before bed and you'll tell me everything about it as I bid you good night. You're my entire world.
Forever,
Mama
