Yesterday was your field trip. Your papa and I made sure we took respective leaves for work that day because it's something we just couldn't miss. Weeks prior, you were extremely excited. Teacher Honey told us that you kept asking her how many more days were left 'til your trip! You're adorable. It's funny because the morning of the trip, I didn't have to wake you up. Somehow though, we were still a bit late even when the school was just five minutes away. We made it still!
We went to Sta. Elena Farm and the Gardenia Factory. You were crazy about your friend, Joel, who you cannot be separated from even for a mere meter. You're funny. You like having people around. You're all things warm, baby. I love you so much, Cheng! I hope you're always happy. And that your sweet innocence will be something you carry forever.
